1. UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer the following shipping options for all UK mainland orders:

• Standard Delivery (1-3 Working Days): Fully fully tracked and insured.
• Express Next Working Day: Order before 2:00 PM (Mon-Thu) for delivery the next working day.

2. DISPATCH TIMES

All orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package's journey directly to your door.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship across the UK and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not home to receive your delivery, our courier will leave a calling card or notify you via email/SMS with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
