1. OUR 14-DAY GUARANTEE

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) to us for a refund or exchange.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

• The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
• All original 89 Sets authenticity tags, manufacturer tags, and accessories must remain attached.
• Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box (the box itself cannot be used as the shipping container).

Please note: We thoroughly inspect all returns. Items showing signs of wear or missing tags will be rejected and sent back to you.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Care team at info@89sets.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number and the return shipping address.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Because of the high value of our items, we strongly recommend using a tracked and fully insured courier service. 89 Sets is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
